Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said that former Superintendent of Police (SP) Babul Akhtar's complaint against six officers including the head of the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) will be investigated. No comment can be made before the investigation.

However, to a question of the journalists, the minister said, Babul Akhtar is a very clever person. So what he talks about when is up to him. I have no comment here. Everything will come after investigation.

He said these things to reporters after a program organized at Shahbagh National Museum on Saturday (September 10) morning.

The minister also said that whether Babul Akhtar's words are factual or not will be known through investigation. We have confidence in PBI. They have thoroughly investigated everything so far.

Regarding the shelling on the Myanmar border, the minister said, "We have protested in this regard." Our BGB protested to their BGP. The message has been given to us through the Ministry of External Affairs. We protested from the state level. We think they will be moderated soon. We are also working on how to raise this matter in the international forum. There is nothing to panic. The government is watching the matter carefully.
